The GENDRIER family have occupied the domaine since 1846. In 1950, four hectares of vines were cultivated mostly being of the white Romorantin type. Our grandfather Raoul GENDRIER is already renowned for the quality of his wines. From the sixties onwards, our parents have asserted the viticultural vocation of the Domaine and are at the origin of the progressive expansion.

The Domaine "les Huards" covers 32 hectares of vineyards producing :

• 8 Ha Cour-Cheverny
• 8 Ha Cheverny Blanc (white)
• 17 Ha Cheverny Rouge (red)
• 1 Ha en Crémant de Loire (sparkling)

The average annual productions is 180 000 bottles
