With our
constant concern for the environment, we respect our soils and work them in
a regular ane well adapter manner. For quite a long time now, we have not
been using any synthetic products for treating the vineyards and no weed killers
or chemical fertiliser are used either.
This
return to wine producing in the way it was done fifty years ago, the labour
of the soil and Bordeaux mixture pulverizations with a low sulphur dosage, permit
us to conserve the natural potential of our different soils and the micro biological
life of our land.
Our
land is predominantly clayey-calcareous with certain areascovered with a sandy or clayey-siliceous
layer.
